- Get Fit Tulsa Annual 5-K Run, April 11, 2009. Tulsa University (11th & Harvard), Fun Run at 8:10 a.m., 5K at 8:30 am. All Ages
- The 5-K race is a scenic run through the Tulsa University campus to 6th Street and back
- Parking at Reynolds Center 11th & Harvard
- Registration is from April 6-10, 2009. Race day registration begins at 7:30 a.m.

- Entry Fee: $25 with T-shirt / $20 without T-shirt
- Runners 14 and under run for free and receive a free T-shirt!

- Kicking Demonstration/Clinic with NFL Star Josh Brown, St. Louis Rams Kicker ... after the finish of the fun run!
- Tulsa Junior League - Kids in the Kitchen: Join in the fun with TPS Junior Chef - Live cooking demonstration and tasting
- Get Fit Tulsa Mud Run, August 23, 2008. Mohawk Park Shelter 6 Race starts at 5 pm. Must be 18 yrs or older
- Entries may be individual, team of two or team of 5.
- Final team times based upon all team members crossing the finish line.
- The Mud Run is a fun-filled muddy obstacle course. Run, walk, crawl through mud pits, rail road ties cross over, wall climbing, pipe crawl, hay hurdles and much more!
- Registration is from August 18-22, 2008. Race day registration begins at 4:00 p.m.
